At VEILED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your modest fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed at our warehouse.
